Assurant Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

The interview process was simple I applied maybe a week prior to receiving an email requesting to schedule an interview. It was a simple enough interview basic questions. And then I was offered the position 2/3 afterwards but didn't start the position until about a month or so later.
