It was the usual; nothing new. The employer asked me the typical why's and the typical past experience questions. I had the experience to answer most of these elementary questions, so the interview was not an issue for me. Claims is all about the technical skills really, but others would stress in interviews how to communicate the results to managers and other employees, which is understandable.
