Very basic informal phone screen. Got an email back a day later saying they were moving forward with someone with more experience. Crazy that you’re even expecting someone with my experience or more to accept the role at $16 an hour. You should be paying your employees way more, but also giving candidates more of a chance than a 5 min “interview”. Don’t waste your time
