Assurant Systems Manager interview questions

Weird. Recruiter calls me to schedule an interview with the hiring director without even asking any basic questions. Hiring manager/ director complained that it was scheduled between his back to back meetings. He asked few questions without any interest and in a rush. Few weeks later the recruiter let me know that they decided not to move forward.
