The interview process has changed at the moment compared to previous years. Right now, you get a video interview then recruiter screening and then a final interview with hiring manager.

Question 1
What is something around you right now that you could sell?
I applied online. I interviewed at Baker Hughes in Dec 2022
Interview
Submitted resume, after being accepted had 5 days to do a 15 minute self tape interview, then the last stage was 2 30-minute interviews with a 10 minute break in between with 2 sets of different managers. After that last interview (Friday), I heard back with an offer on Monday. Entire process took about a month and a half.

Question 1
HireVue (Self tape) questions were like: What do you like about Baker Hughes? What do you like about this program? What's a time you faces a challenge? What's a time you were wrong or made a mistake and what did you do? Things like that. The interview with the managers was much more intense. They really grilled me on things and were a bit condescending. I think they were trying to see how I handled under pressure. I recommend you have a good understanding of what baker hughes does and have some questions to ask at the end.
