The interview process went very smoothly and it was hassle free. The interviewer was very kind and made me feel comfortable. He explained me thoroughly the roles and responsibilities of the job position.
I applied in-person. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Baker Hughes (Youngsville, LA)
Interview
Phone interview, in face interview, then wait forever for an offer. Negotiate at the time of offer. There’s a large gap in pay that Baker keeps to their chest. Get as much as you can from the jump. It’s been 10 years since my interview process. Hopefully, this has been fixed since then.
