Applied online through my university's recruiting website (Handshake) and then applied on the GE website. I got an email saying they want to interview me. Set up a time and day via Handshake. I talked to the recruiter, took about 25-30 minutes.

1 short screening call with HR (30 min) then a Teams interview with the hiring manager (1h), asking about previous challenges and how to deal with different stakeholders and different demands, how to manage the time, technical and educational background

Digital interview, powered by HireVue. 25 minutes estimated duration. 6 question three minutes each to answer. One change is given and you cannot restart the interview. The interview can only be stopped and 5 working days are given to finish. Question are very clear and one minute is given after the question is asked. A practise question is provided to check equipment and to built the confidence of the candidate.
Interview with a robot. You take a video of yourself answering the behavioral questions. Then you supposed to have an interview with a recruiter. But I never heard back from them.
