Panel Interview with the hiring manager, her staff and auditor. IT was held in a meeting room. I got a call and the hiring manage chatted for about 10 minutes after which she asked me to come in for the panel interview.

Phone interview asking the same questions that they asked on their website while submitting the application. I have not heard from them after that. It's sad that this is the new norm with many companies.
