Integrity at its best! Over the past 15 years, I have been verbally offered a FOUR positions I interviewed for at GE. The problem has ALWAYS been they got back to me several weeks or several months later and by then I would be working somewhere else. I always had to decline. This time, I was contacted with a capable recruiter who explained the process from day one. The interview was arranged in a timely manner where I was tortured in person for 150 minutes, then another one on the phone for about 30 minutes. Within two weeks, the HR contacted me with the offer and the rather cumbersome onboarding process started right away. The group HR manager was one of the best professionals I have ever dealt with throughout my career. She helped me through the difficulties I experienced and made sure that I start on the pre-agreed upon time.
