I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Baker Hughes in Nov 2019
Interview
Applied online, got an email informing of a Video Interview to be conducted. They send a link where you answer prerecorded questions on camera that they review later on. On site interview puts you in a group setting with other candidates and hiring managers get to know you and see how you interact with others through a bunch of activities.

Question 1
Describe a situation you where something was not going according to plan and what you did in response.
You will be informed to attend in a digital interview, powered by HireVue. It only took around 15 minutes or so. No real person in actual time involved, only pre-recorded video with a person in it.
It was a video interview consisting of about five questions, which are pretty straight-forward. But it was just waste of time considering the fact that they send invite to do these video interviews to pretty much who ever applied to the role. Also it felt weird staring into the screen and talking to yourself.
