It was a video interview via HireVue. An invitation was sent after a successful screening process of the cv. You needed to download the app in order to connect. It was a process of ~40 mins and they were recorded 6 or 7 questions to answer.

The interview took in the month of November, 2024. It was a digital interview but my application is still under review. I emailed them enquiring further steps of this interview but didn't got any reply.

Why do you believe that you are a good fit for this position?
HireVue then assessment centre with 3 interviews, one group activity and one individual activity. An intense but very pleasant experience, all the Baker Hughes staff are fantastic and willing to answer any questions you have. You are made to feel very comfortable throughout the process.
