Interview
Firstly there is the CV screening process done by the HR then your CV is sent to the recruiting department for your future direct managers approval then a phone interview is conducted in which they focus on your language and quick responses if successful u move on to the final 2 phase interview with firstly the HR and the account manager then to the PC or PL of the department.

Tell me about a difficult project with limited resources that you managed and completed successfully.
You will be informed to attend in a digital interview, powered by HireVue. It only took around 15 minutes or so. No real person in actual time involved, only pre-recorded video with a person in it.
It was a video interview consisting of about five questions, which are pretty straight-forward. But it was just waste of time considering the fact that they send invite to do these video interviews to pretty much who ever applied to the role. Also it felt weird staring into the screen and talking to yourself.

Online Interview, Applied online, no referral. Only got the online self recording. Feels discriminating as you Never hear feedback after interview.it had 5 questions and for each question you had set time to read the questions and answer questions in set time.
