Interview
Digital interview first. List of 7-10 Pre-recorded interview questions similar to: "Tell me about yourself, what are your weaknesses/strengths , name a time you used a tool to fix a problem , name a time when someone disagreed with you and how you dealt with it".
You are given 2-3 minutes (cant remember exactly), to answer. And you have 30 seconds to prepare your answer.
2nd interview was in person. Tips: Learn about the company, their mission and vision statement & their main product lines.

It was a panel-style interview with ASPIRE managers and other business leaders. Included mostly questions about educational experience and professional goals. Prior to the actual interview, a HireVue interview was required.
