I was selected to do an interview for baker hughes soon after I submitted my application. It has been a month now and I have still not heard back, so I am moving on to other opportunities. The interview was conducted asynchronously and the questions were straight forward. You have 30 (or maybe it was one minute) seconds to prepare your response, then 3 minutes to answer each question.

Initially screening through CGPA.
Then virtual interview (Bot), In person Interview .
Interview was mostly non-tech, few interviewers asked tech questions related to project and core. No puzzles or DSA.
