Initial Call from Talent Aquisition 20 MINUTE CALL 7-10 general questions eligibility to work for baker Why are u leaving current job, How do you define success, list in order of importance question, what kind of selling approach would you use to succede. In-person Interview department Manager and HR representative approximentally 1 hr. Product knowledge, past work experience.
Not a difficult or long process but very terrible communication and unorganized. Had me reapply after the interview process was complete because the title was changed, my recruiter quit, and I was ghosted after being told that I would hear back in a week.
