Six questions were asked and 1 minute was given to prepare each question and 3 minutes to answer each question. Non-technical, personal, about company questions, were included. It was a digital interview process.

Interview
The interview process was pretty straightforward. Video interview, phone interview and then final interview day. Questions were relative to the role. Final interviewing day they really look for how well you interact with your peers.
Applied online, next step was a video interview, then a couple weeks later completed a phone interview. Applying online was easy. Phone call was with graduates currently in the ASPIRE program. Basic behavioral questions during that interview as well.
