Interview
The 1st round of interviews will take place online. There are several questions that should be answer in the STAR mode and you will have 2-4 minutes to answer. These are ticpical interview questions asking about previous projects or situations that you have encountered. The second round of interviews can be in two forms either in person or online with multiple hiring managers.
It was a panel-style interview with ASPIRE managers and other business leaders. Included mostly questions about educational experience and professional goals. Prior to the actual interview, a HireVue interview was required.
