How will I solve a serious project delivery issue, where lead time has pushed to the right (extended) and customer need is urgent and imminent.

Interview
Its was very informal and generally a chat about my skills and experience. The person that interviewed me was very relaxed. However, this is not the norm for GE and they usually follow the competency and behavioural route. It is left to the hiring manager to decide what approach they want to take
