Printed the application from the website and handed it in. Got an interview for noon that day. It was me and three other people and it was pretty laid back. She had us pick our favorite item and tell her why it was our favorite. Mostly talked about the store and what would be happeneing if we got hired. Very painless interview. I just had mine today so I don't know if I've been hired but I'm praying I am!

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
