I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Loganville, GA) in Apr 2015
Interview
Just stay calm and confident. Simple questions and scenarios. Easiest interview I've ever had. You will need to pick out your favorite scent and try to convince your interviewer why he/she should purchase it. Be creative and ALWAYS BE YOURSELF! Do not be fake at all. This job is not for you if you can't be yourself.
Interview questions [5]
Question 1
What would you do if a customer wanted to return a used candle?
What would you do if there were only 2 people working you being one of them and you had to unload boxes and also keep the guests happy and sell the products along with great customer service with just you and your manager? How would you get it all done?
I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (West Palm Beach, FL)
Interview
Casual conversation about work experience and how you’d be able to contribute to the team. They asked me to do a mock sales pitch, where I tried to sell a product.
Very superficial, they will rate you out of 10 on looks and more before they decide to hire you. There is no office so interviews are conducted in the back store in a crammed area with no privacy.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Explain a difficult situation and how you navigated it.
They ask a few questions about why you want to work there and the store and stuff like that and regarding products you may like. It was pretty chill and just try your best and it will go well
