I applied online. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Bensalem, PA)
Interview
Easy! Group interview held in the food court. Went in a circle and asked everyone basic questions like what is your favorite lotion and why, why do want to work for Bath and Body Works, etc.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Canoga Park, CA) in Jun 2025
Interview
1st Interview- I was asked questions with another interviewee simulatenously. I think this was meant to shift the focus of spotlight onto two people instead of one, which made it less extreme and more bearable. For the 2nd interview- I waited a few minutes with the manager I had interviewed with previously, until the other manager was ready to see me. Both managers were very kind and focused on the wellbeing of their employees and work environment, which landed a lasting impression on me. New to job hunting, I was nervous for the interview but they both made me feel welcome. I did NOT get the job lol, but I will be back to try again!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me why I chose their company specifically over other's.
Group interview was welcoming and mostly questions specific to the company such as the values they have and what we think of them. Very specific to our experience as customers so make sure you know what the employees do when you walk in how they behave.
