I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Marlborough, MA) in Mar 2015
Interview
Very comfortable and casual interview. Friendly and positive meeting and they gave me an offer towards the end of the interview! I brought my application in the store and gave it to the assistant manager at the time and received a call from the manager as I was walking out to my car to ask if I was still in the mall to come in for an interview! I came right back in and she brought me to the back of the store to give me details about the job. She was very honest about hours available and when the store was slower than normal.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Bridgewater, NJ) in Dec 2012
Interview
I filled in an application for a seasonal position, and was called in for a group interview shortly thereafter. Basic questions, but felt very competitive because all four of us were answering the same questions as the same time. I made sure to try to look confident and answer first whenever possible.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Rancho Cucamonga, CA) in Jun 2014
Interview
It is a group interview. To work here, you definitely need to know your products. They ask you what you like and they expect you to know the notes and what seasons it is good for as well as what pairs with it best. This is really hard to go around, so study up. they also ask you the basic questions like "What would you do if a customer was stealing?"
