Bath & Body Works interview questions

The interview went really good and was a quick and easy process. They asked a few questions about myself and what customer service means to me, how would you handle an irritated customer, and so on.

The day of my interview, I went into the store and informed an associate that I was there for an interview. Coincidentally, I had talked to the manager that was going to be interviewing me. He told me that he had something to finish up real quick and instructed me to pick a product off the wall to try "selling" to him. Once he was finished, he came over and began asking me basic interview questions (i.e., previous jobs, interpersonal skills, etc.). Afterwards, he had me demo the product to him and then the interview was over. I called a week later and was told that I got the job.
