Interview
they asked us to find a product we liked because they wanted us to pitch it to them but ultimately they ended up just interviewing us in a group setting. Overall the questions were easy and the group setting made everyone feel a little more at ease. I should be hearing back tomorrow if I got the job!
You have to complete an application and be sure to submit on time to not wait until holiday season to apply to better chances of being considered. Interviews normally take place in October and they are group interviews with Store Manger.

Interview
Pretty standard retail interview. They were normal, situational questions, based on previous retail experience. They also had me do a couple role play situations: one on how I would sell to a customer, and one on how I would handle an associate who was continuously calling out and showing up late.
