its a very simple process. I applied online she called me I told her when I was available for an interview. I got to the interview we went to the back and she asked me simple questions she told me to tell her about myself and other easy questions.

I knew a person who was already working in management at the location and after she spoke to the two managers in charge of hiring I was able to apply online and then come in for an interview. It took maybe all of a week. It was very friendly and easy going. Mostly covered who I was and why I was interested in working for the company.

They did sort of a role playing situation in which the hiring manager was suppose to be a customer and it was my job to assess their needs and then sell them products from within the store. It was all about communication and asking the open ended questions to get them to discuss what they really needed.
