Interview
I submitted an online application and couple of weeks later I was called to do a group interview the following week. There were 3 others with me and the Supervisor doing the interview. Very casual and open kind of conversation. There was probably around 5 typical interview questions that we all were asked to answer and to talk about ourselves and our experience in retail. It lasted around 45 mins. We were told if we were selected to move on in the interview process we would be notified in a few days.
I was then called back a few days later saying that I was moving on with one other to interview one on one with the store manager a week later. That interview was also very causal and friendly conversation. It lasted around 30 mins. A lot of just getting to know me and about my retail experience. I had been a manager at another big retail company, so it was a relatively easy interview for me as I had more to say than time permitted.
A few days later I was called back and said my final interview would be the following week with another store manager over the phone. They said the reason was so that someone outside the store could give an opinion on my skills and how they thought I would fit with the company.
The final interview was over the phone and it lasted around 30 mins as well. This was also super casual and just questions about why I wanted to work with the company and my experience and what I thought I could bring to the company.
Overall, it was a rather long process, but they did no miss a beat. Everything was very structured and timely. I appreciated their constant communication with me to let me know the next step involved. Everyone I spoke to was super nice and friendly, which made me want the job even more!

Interview
I saw a job posting on the company website and filled out the application which took about 20 minutes. I then called the store to let the manager know. She scheduled me an interview 2 days later. It was a group interview with 2 other girls. She told us what she was looking for, about the company, and then asked us simple questions. The entire interview took about 30 minutes. She called me about 3 hours later that same day offering me the job.
What I wore: Black work pants, flowy white blouse, and flats.
(The company uniform is a white shirt with jeans. I have always found it helps when you dress like the position you are applying for.)
