I applied in-person. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works in Nov 2012
Interview
It was a group interview during the Holiday Season, held in the food court of the mall. I was interviewed by one of the store managers. It was very relaxed and even friendly, I'd say.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Cleveland, OH) in Jan 2012
Interview
Nothing outside the usual for a retail interview, asked me some about my past experience and (as I did not have any) why I wanted to work in retail. There was also a group interview, which I was not overly fond of, but which I understand is often necessary for this kind of position

Question 1
Asked if I had any past retail experience and why I wanted to go into retail
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Denver, CO) in May 2016
Interview
I applied online. Several bath and body works called me. I had 3 interviews altogether, 1 of which was a group interview. Two asked if I would consider the Keyholder role; I said yes. They said they would call and set up a panel interview over the phone. The group interview was the only one who kept her word and called me very next day to set a time to come in and do paperwork. That was 4 weeks ago. Only did paperwork and a little training that day and have not been back since. I have one day on schedule at the end of this week. SMH
