Bath & Body Works interview questions

The interview process was rather time consuming because they did many rounds of group interviews before you actually got to do a one-on-one interview for the position. After you get through the different stages of the interviewing process though, they usually offer a job to a good amount of people at the same time. I think this is because they often have an issue with retaining employees. For example, one of the girls that was currently working there kept telling us (the interviewees) that we shouldn't accept the job if we receive an offer and that she was counting down the days until her notice were up.

I walked the store and one of the sales associate invited me for an interview. It was early in the morning, we were about 20 people. We made a circle and the manager in the middle. She asked few easy questions and asked for questions.
