Interview
I applied online for a store that wasn't open yet. I got a phone call on Monday asking me to come into one of the other BBWs for an interview 2 days later. It was in the food court in the mall. aside from it being very noisy it was easy and quite relaxed. They started me at a the store I interviewed at until the new store opened. The first day they had a large package for you to read and fill out.

Question 1
Choose a product form the store. Why did you choose it and what do you like about it? Give me your sales pitch. Other than that its pretty much typical interview questions. Mine was a group interview but I have seen them doing one person interviews occasionally.

Interview
I walked in with an application and was hired on the spot. they didn't even ask any questions. they just took my application and gave me a start date. It took longer to gt me into the computer system than it did to get hired.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Jackson, TN) in Oct 2015
Interview
group interview, three people In one interview. they did not really ask detailed questions. pretty average interview. the manager was friendly and we knew if we had the job during the end of the interview. they don't take a lot of time to get you hired which was good. you pick out one of their products and show how you will sell it to a customer. what is good customer service? tell me a time when you went above and beyond your assigned duties at work. the questions are average and pretty easy to answer.
