Interview
It went very well. The lady who interviewed me was very polite and nice. It environment was great. This is my favorite store, in my favorite location. So i was pretty excited. The employees were also great while I waited for the hiring manager. I also recommend taking your resume after submitting your application online so they are able to match the paper to the face.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Cherry Hill, NJ) in Nov 2013
Interview
I went into the store to meet the person who called me to come meet for an interview. She took me into the back room and asked some questions. We went back out onto the floor and walked around while I gave comments about some of their products and what I thought about them. They didn't directly tell me I was hired at first but then told me to watch a video about the company. Overall, it was nothing too strenuous.
