I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works in Nov 2015
Interview
I saw a sign on the window saying they were hiring, went in and grabbed an application, filled it out and turned it in the next day. And then I received a phone call for an interview the day after! It was a group interview with 3 people including myself held in the backroom. About a 40 minute interview and they asked us to tell everyone about ourselves, then they asked us questions and just went in a circle asking each person the same question. It was a really easy going group so I felt really comfortable. And the assistant manager liked all 3 of us so we were all hired right after the interview!

I received a call around the middle of October to come in for an interview. It was a group interview with four other girls in which we took turns answering different questions.
Applied in store received a call a month and a half later for a interview. It was a Group interview where the manager asked us general interview questions to see how we would fit with the store.
