Interview
I had to meet with the DM twice. There were too many steps to the process. Took way too long. I felt after meeting the DM and having a long interview with her I wouldn't have to meet with her again to ensure I was really the person she met the first time. Then I still had to interview with two more people. I understand them wanting to be certain, but isn't that why I sat down with the DM the first time.

Interview
Two interviews, one held by Store manager and the second by District manager. Very thorough and almost too long. At least ten questions about your skills and abilities. Then they get more personal but both interviews went well and I was hired.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2011
Interview
The interview was easy, one on one, in the store. The manager made sure I was familiar with the product and could communicate effectively with customers. The manager was nice and offered a good balance of listening and talking.
