Interview
Honestly I applied for this job for just the holiday season in hopes of being able to stay after that time was over. I went into the store and handed the manager my application and she asked me to come back in 20 minutes for an interview. It was supposed to be a group interview but I guess the other people just didn't show up. She really just asked simple, normal interview questions, nothing too scary.
