Interview
Straight forward, typical retail interview with district manager and regional manager depending on your store volume. Based on your ability to develop team, game plan based on analysis and rally team around long term goal
I applied through other source. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Media, PA) in Nov 2014
Interview
The interviewing process was fairly easy as they were desperate to add on a few people to their team. I actually knew the person interviewing me so it wasn't really an interview persay to me but for the others hired it was basically questions like
" How are your customer serivce skills?"
"If you saw someone shoplifting, what would you do?"
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works in Nov 2014
Interview
I went in on a saturday to pick up an application and returned it on Sunday. Immediately was asked on the spot to come in the following day for an interview. I show up on Monday and had a group interview with 2 other people with the store manager in the food court. Very informal and casual. We all talked and got to know one another, it hardly felt like an interview. I was hired on the spot with the 2 other interviewees and filled out my paperwork the following day. There was no discussion on pay, we were all paid minimum wage (8.25/hr) even though I had 2 years experience.
