Interview
This was probably the most laid back interview I've ever been to. I believe I was interviewed with the store manager because the hiring manager was out of town. She was very nice. I didn't feel intimidated or uncomfortable at all. She took me in the back room and it only took about 15/20 minutes. She first asked me about myself and my avaliability with school and stuff. She then told me about what their hiring for and which I was most interested in. I said cashier or floor sales. Stocking was the other one but she said everyone gets involved in stocking around the holidays anyways. She gave me information about the benefits and then started with the actual interview questions. They were very simple. "What would you do if a customer came in and was unhappy with their purchase," "How would you handle a customer that didn't want to be helped," "Where is your favorite place to shop and why, what customer service do you like to recieve..." She said she'd be calling my references and I'd be hearnig back within the next two weeks. Overall it was a good experience.

Question 1
I didn't feel like they we're too difficult or unexpected. Bascially the same as what everyone else on here has said. Except I didn't have to pick my favorite product and try to sell it!

Interview
I walked in to the store and was put down for an interview the next week. As predicted, it was a group interview with about three other girls. The manager seemed really laid back and instead of asking us the usual interview questions she asked things like, "tell me about yourself", "why do you want to work here?", and "tell me of a time where you had to sell something that a customer wasn't interested in".
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Huntersville, NC) in Sep 2012
Interview
I applied in the store, and less than one week later they called back to schedule and interview. I thought it would take longer because of all of the places I previously applied to never returned my calls.

Question 1
The most difficule question was when I was instructed to pick an item and try to sell it. Also, are you comfortable with touching customers hands.
