Interview
I downloaded the application online, then took it into the store, where they asked me why I was interested in working there and then signed me up for a group interview for 2 days later. There were 5 of us in the interview - and it took an hour. But the problem was that we didn't speak much, most of that time was taken with the manager explaining the work in the store to us. So the most important aspect of the interview seemed to be first impressions and how you answered the one question they asked (there were actually two, but only 1 of the 5 got to answer the 2nd question before the interviewer got off track), and then we had a role playing situation where you were the salesperson and showed how you would give great customer service. They told us to show our interest by having one of our references call them by the next day. So be prepared to ask a reference to call for you, and make sure they will say good things about you (I think I was offered the job based off what my reference said).

Interview
Well at first i was a little nervous regarding the group interview because ive never had such an experience before. The fact that the manager and assistant were extremely friendly made the interview a great experience. i was interviewed along with 8 other candidates and it was a little frustrating because she only asked about 5-9 questions and EVERYONE would say practically the same things. At first i was shaking a little but nearing towards the middle i started to feel comfortable, it helped a lot that the atmosphere and friendliness of everyone there was just great. First of all they pretty much tell you about the job and the expectancy’s then they go on towards the interview questions.TIP; make sure you try to answer differently from everyone else and speak loudly and clearly. Telling the managers that you use Limited Brands products religiously is also a bonus. Make sure you let them know that your a team player because group interview is always about taking into consideration of others and listening to what they have to say and make sure you comment them. TIP; always always always laugh and SMILE!! even if you're nervous, suck it up and just try your best to get their attention! Well....... BEST OF LUCK! :D

Interview
I printed the appliction from the website, filled it out and went to the store to submit it in person. The manager was there and asked why I wanted to work there. Then she invited me to join the group interview being held later that day. So I came back, and there were 3 other girls that were joining me. The manager was really nice and made the interview casual and fun rather than serious and tense. She asked all of us to take out something from our purse and sell the product to her. she then asked us questions like what did you like best/least about your last job, describe a time you sold something, what does customer service mean, what would you do if a customer didnt like your recommendation on a product, describe a moment that you felt was rewarding in a job, why bath and body works? It felt like we were having a discussion rather than an interview. I didn't get a job offer even though I thought I did well. My advice would be try to be the first one to answer the questions, sound confident, make eye contact.
