Interview
I turned in my application in person, and was called the following day for a group interview. When we arrived, we were asked to pick out our favorite lotion. During the interview we were asked about how we'd react in certain scenarios with a customer then had to give another person in the group a hand massage and demonstrate how we'd sell them the lotion we chose.

Interview
Initial interview will be with the store manager who will then partner with another store manager for a phone interview. Also, a phone assessment has to be completed prior to speaking with second manager. District manager completes the third and final interview. Strong focus on customer service, and situational questions asked frequently.

4."What is the difference between servicing and selling to a customer ?" Focus on engaging techniques and educating customers to facilitate return business.
