I applied online. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works in Jul 2024
Interview
The interview process is quick and easy. I had a phone interview with the district manager and then the following day had an in-store experience interview with that same manager. I then had a phone interview with a different district manager a week later. I received positive feedback throughout and then because I was an external candidate they were having trouble finding me a role. There were previous commitments to their internal management teams for promotion. I was told there was a potential assistant store manager role available, but only if an internal manager declined it. Ultimately, I chose a role with a different company after that district manager wasn't getting back to me and letting me know what was going on with the assistant manager role.

Question 1
What would you do if a client had a question and you didn't know the answer?
Group interview process in front of the store. The same question was asked to each person and they answered one by one. This allowed me to listen and elaborate off the answers that were already said.
