Bath & Body Works interview questions

Mostly behavioral questions, very casual. Were interested in how well I knew Bath and Body Works products, definitely choose a scent beforehand to describe during the interview. Interview wasn't difficult at all. Ended up not getting an offer because they stopped hiring at that location.

The interview process was straightforward and professional. After submitting my application, I was contacted to schedule an interview with a member of the store leadership team. During the interview, we discussed my previous retail experience, customer service approach, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. I was also asked situational questions about how I support sales goals and create positive experiences for customers. The conversation was friendly and focused on understanding how my skills and values aligned with the brand and team culture.
