I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Winnipeg, MB) in Jul 2023
Interview
First is the Screening Interview, one-on-one interview with the manager then a group interview where you are to demo selling your favorite product. But sometimes group interview comes first then the screening process, followed by a final interview with the manager. Their hiring and interview process is inconsistent.
I applied online. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works
Interview
The interview process was smooth. It started of with me introducing myself, and explaining my resume and skills. Since I didn't have any retail experience on my resume, I was asked to do a simulation as a worker in the store with my interviewer as the customer. They gave me feedback and told me some things I could expect working as a sales associate and that I did well for someone with no retail experience. A few days later I got the job.
