Bath & Body Works interview questions

pretty simple, assessed personality to make sure you are a good fit for sales. be friendly and open and smile a lot. they go over what it's like on the floor, and training is good. also asked about availability for scheduling. basic stuff,

Pretty quick process. Phone interview with recruiting and one hour interview with two HR direct managers. The team was transparent about seasonal length with potential for perm hire. I received a offer within 1 week of applying however the offer was rescinded the next day due to working at a retail seasonally for three weeks over 6 years ago. I didn't even recall working the seasonal position however since I did not give a 2 week notice it was enough to rescind the offer for the corporate HR role. Complete waste of everyone's time.
