The interview process has been pretty smooth, they have been clear about the salary, and made some questions to understand if you're into crypto and if you are passionate and if you fit into the work environment. Once I got in there were many people who didn't know about crypto and learnt along the way, so actually you don't need to be an expert, just learn something basic before the interview.
