3 Rounds of interview.
3 Medium LC.
Overall the question was manageable. Interviewer is also friendly.
But i did not get a call back, very disappointed.
However will try again next time
1st user interview was impressively pleasant. We were both being able to understand each other by exchanging questions and answers throughout the interview
In contrast, the second interview was a completely different setting. Although the interviewer did not turn on their webcam, I chose to do so out of respect for the interviewer. I found the interview process challenging due to the difficulty in observing the interviewer’s facial expressions, which made it challenging to adjust my responses accordingly. I believe there was a significant amount of miscommunication during the session, which I assumed was due to the interviewer’s lack of engagement. However, the interviewer mistakenly believed that I lacked the necessary skills for the job description. Ultimately, my previous experience was deemed not important, as the company seemed to emphasize the importance of my latest knowledge of technology stacks and algorithms as a front-end web engineer, at that interview time
