I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Blizzard Entertainment (Irvine, CA) in Aug 2014
Interview
This company is predominantly male, which makes it difficult to break in as a female. During one phone interview, the hiring manager had taken a peak at my LinkedIn profile and stated he was concerned I would be a distraction for some of the team. Blizzard is also REALLY SLOW throughout the entire process. HR would continue to check-in with me and state that the hiring manager was still interested in me but had yet to make a decision (even weeks later). I got an offer at another company and decided waiting for them to reply was no longer worth it.

Question 1
They asked very typical project management questions.
Several rounds of phone interviews before being flown in to meet the team and do final rounds on site. Pleasant people and more of a dialogue than set questions. Very interested in personality and past experiences and how they would relate to internal politics.
