Initially, there was a phone interview with 3 individuals. This phone interview was extremely scripted and would not deviate at all. Questions ranged from the normal (How would you handle X) to the more obscure, but related to the general idea of the position (Which game do you like the best? World of WarCraft, Diablo, or Starcraft?). Once the phone interview was passed, there was another in person interview with three people via video phone conference. The facilities were great (for those who enjoy lax areas and a more "gamer" feel).
