Applied online through Blizzard's website, was contacted two days later by an internal recruiter voicing interest in my application. After passing two initial phone calls (One with the recruiter and one with the team leads) and a take-home design test, I was asked on-site for a lunch, campus tour, and several back-to-back interviews (~5 hours total) with 10 - 12 people relevant to the position. Questions were largely personality- and culture fit-oriented at this stage, and all interviewers were gracious with answering my own questions. I received an offer the following day, contingent paperwork following. From start to finish, everyone who met with me was extremely courteous. The recruiter was top notch with his communication, and the team as a whole left me with a good feeling about their passion and abilities. Total process from application to offer was 1.5 months.
