Glassdoor users rated their interview experience at Blizzard Entertainment as 100% positive with a difficulty rating score of 2 out of 5 (where 5 is the highest level of difficulty). Candidates interviewing for Associate Character Technical Artist and rated their interviews as the hardest, whereas interviews for Associate Character Technical Artist and roles were rated as the easiest.
Interview process was most difficult because the interviewer had a poor grasp of the English language and on top of that they were on a conference phone with interference. I brought up the interference during the call but it wasn't remedied. I really had a difficult time understanding the words. Otherwise the interview would not have been difficult. I think someone in Management running the interview process should be able to communicate to people that they interview.
