I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg (Londres, Inglaterra) in Sep 2018
Interview
Sent off my application (CV and cover letter) and heard nothing back for over two weeks. Then out of the blue, I received an email from HR asking for a telephone interview. At this stage, no salary was mentioned. When I asked for the salary, I was advised that it would be discussed at the telephone interview. Telephone interview took place, during which I asked what the salary was, and was told to ask HR. Timescales were given as to the next stage. At the expected 'news' day, I contacted HR asking for an update and the salary, to be told that they had no feedback yet and did not know what the salary was either. They asked that state my required salary. I did and we then agreed on a figure (more of a range), which they would meet, if I got through. Then weeks later I was invited for a face to face interview. Sadly as I was out of the country, I could not make this, so we opted for a video interview. Again, an estimate of timescales was given, as to when I'd get an update/feedback and this date came and went. Then over a week later I had feedback that the role went to someone else.
