Had to apply online and then I got called for an online interview. Some of the questions were pretty standard and more about me. Others were a little more section-oriented and required some financial knowledge.

They asked me what metrics do I use to pitch a stock.
I applied for the market analyst position online. I submitted my resume, transcript, and analysis of Tencent. I received the link of the online interview one day after I submitted the application.
The process was standard. After receiving my transcript and resume, they e-mailed me and asked to either come to the NYC office or video chat through Skype. We ended up doing a Skype call, which lasted for a few minutes, and all other communication was done via e-mail.
