assessment on personality and puzzles before the one way recorded interview, you get unlimited think time, if you get past that then you do hour-long interview for their super day with people from each department, then if you get past that portion you will do a final interview with managers from each department you are applying for.
It was a natural conversation. Not tense. Almost didn’t even feel like I was having an interview. Tested both Japanese and English skills. They also asked me about their products

What did you work hard during university
Begins with a personality assesment that also includes puzzles meant to test pattern recognition. The assesment and the personality quiz takes about 30-40 minutes and requires no preperation before hand.
First was Hireview, 1 Hour interview with two team leaders, and assessment centre, consisting of tests, networking, and a final round interview with two team leaders from analytics and sales departments respectively.
